In partnership with another organization, INFACT is assisting a Shenzhen-based electronics sourcing company with the development and implementation of an effective Social Compliance program. The long term project has resulted in the creation of practical company standards, audit procedures, the development of training materials for their factories and internal staff, as well as guidance on how to handle remediation.
