Ian Spaulding, Managing Director, leads most engagements with clients in Hong Kong and China. Mr. Spaulding started INFACT after recognizing the need that supply chain partners have to develop more pragmatic and effective solutions to the various social, environmental and productivity issues facing factories in China. Mr. Spaulding is the former Director of Global Compliance for a large US-based retailer where he pioneered the largest effort to promote greater transparency and continuous improvement among thousands of factories in China.

Mark Jones, Chief Marketing and Product Officer, has responsibility for the corporate marketing effort as well as product and technology strategy. For the past five years, Mark was Managing Director of VCF and TPMA, retail industry membership organizations focused on enhancing retailer-supplier collaboration in supply chain, planning and forecasting and trade promotions. Prior to VCF, Mark held senior positions in finance, strategy, technology and marketing at Barclays Bank, EPS Solutions and PRG-Schultz.

Charlie Chen, Lean Specialist, supports factories consulting through evaluation of process and implementation for the factory, then coach and carry out lean production and improve the productivity. Charlie graduated from Garment College, then worked in productivity improvement and lean production in southern OEM factories. He has very good understanding and acquainting of factory’s condition and demand. He would support southern factories’ programs by many years’ actual experience.

Amy Cheng, Human Resource Assistant, provide feasible solutions through analysis and evaluation of management system for the factory. Before joining INFACT, Miss Cheng worked in a major electron manufacturer, which was one of the top 500 companies in the world and well known as solar battery manufacturer. She will work with factories in effective Human Recourse improvement by her experiences and skills.

David Deng, Environment, Health & Safety Solutions, has more than seven years experience working in management of Environmental Health and Safety in factories in Southern China. David supports factory consulting through evaluation of process and implementation and reorganization of all aspects of a factory's EH&S systems. He is responsible for recommending system upgrades to ensure optimal performance in EH&S.

Mona Liu, Client Service Coordinator. Ms. Liu coordinates with supplier and the INFACT Team on data analysis to assist clients to better understand a supplier's current challenges and successes. In addition Mona plays an intrigue role within the internal operations of INFACT and provides coordination support to training events in China.

Patrick McKeller, Project Manager, is responsible for a number of functions in China including client project management and product management for customized training solutions. In addition, Patrick is actively involved in evaluating new technologies for INFACT and its customers. Prior to joining INFACT, Patrick spent the previous 6 years working in the footwear industry as the Director of Sourcing Logistics and Compliance for a major US footwear organization. During his time there, he oversaw all CSR, logistics, and quality control efforts.
